Vodka with lemongrass and ginger.
Ox tongue skewer.
Batter fried sardine,piquant lime and soya sauce.
Crispy pork,pomelo and pomegranate salad.
Slow roast sucking pig,pumpkin,spinach.
Grilled tiger prawns,garlic,chilli lemongrass butter.
Ginger and lemongrass creme brulee.
