This is the single best article i have read after the recent terror attacks. It starts off on a tangent but after the bit about Rohinton it moves on to put together a startlingly coherent, rational and honest analysis of what the terror attacks really mean in the context of highlighting what is wrong in the country. After weeks of jingoism and collective catharsis, meaningless rallies and email forwards, and the gradual metamorphosis of what happened last month into yet another episode of the Great Indian Tamasha (with its all-too-familiar combination of entertainment and indifference) there is finally one article that cuts to the roots and speaks the truth.
