Interesting how we never faced Islamic terrorism in India before the Advani's Rath Yatra and the Babri Masjid demolition. Also how the NDA government as well as Modi's Gujarat govt were not just unable to stop terror attacks but were also unable to enact a single impactful measure to help prevent future attacks (I'm talking about structural long-term changes, not POTA). Or how no NDA minister including LK Advani as home minister ever resigned including after the Parliament attack. Or even how LK Advani is too busy campaigning to attend the all party meeting on steps to combat terror. The BJP is a party of hypocritical bastards who as a much a part of the problem as anyone. Let's not fall prey to their divisive, Bush-like fear mongering and jingoism. We deserve better than politicians who exploit religion, fear and tragedy to win votes.
